This is the personal blog of Thad Williamson. I am an assistant professor of leadership studies at the University of Richmond, focusing on normative political theory and urban politics. I also have strong interests in political economy and in social movements, social change, and social justice.
In addition, I have worked as a sportswriter covering college basketball (the North Carolina Tar Heels) and have been blogging for over a year about the takeover of Manchester City Football Club (an English Premier League side) by former Thai prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra.
